Ottolenghi London is part of a global restaurant group that was founded by Israeli-born cookbook author Yotam Ottolenghi. His recipes are inspired by his Jewish heritage and Mediterranean roots, with influences from around the world. The restaurants have become renowned for their vegetarian dishes (the name comes from Yotam's surname and an Italian word meaning "vegetable") as well as their wide selection of cakes, pastries and breads.
